Coral has puffed up tentacle.

One of the heads on the blasto has puffy tentacles. It started as one or two on the head and now 2 weeks later it has like 6 or 7 just on that one head. I was wondering if it was something I needed to address in one way or another. It the ones on the very left of the picture. I'm also new to this forum stuff so hopefully this thread is in the right place. Thanks in advance.

Besides the swollen tentacle, it's looks pretty happy. Keep an eye out for infection and recession. I hear blasto can be very susceptible to infection after a while.
