I recently had to go fallow in my tank and in order to catch all the fish I had to change up all the aquascape. It seems that moving all the rocks stirred up bacteria or detritus as all my corals are acting strange. It has been three weeks and there is no change. Some SPS look like they are lighting or starting to bleach then others are browning out like poor lighting or high nutrients. Some are acting fine but I have no PE on any of my Millipora and a few other acros, I had a medium colony of red planet and orange setosa both STN on me in the process. Most these coral are in the same spots same flow same lighting.

My Parameters
Salt 1.023
PH 8.14
Nitrate 10
Phos 0.08
Alk 9.53
Ca 422
MG 1463
Tested with Salifert and Red Sea tests.

I Have turned my lights down a little to prevent burning the corals and using reef roids and some pellet food to the tank to feed the inverts and to keep the biological filter intact. I am trying not to react and change anything as I figure they were shocked but there has been no improvement. I have changed carbon, performed a 15% water change etc usual maintenance. Is there anything I should change or try or keep letting it run its course.

Yeah I usually keep it at 1.025 and have no idea how long its been like that I recalibrated my refractometer yesterday and discovered it. I will slowly bring it back up.

So I checked my salinity and its saying its 1.025 again I did not check the temperature of the tank last night though the apex said it was good in the sump I figure its one or 2 degrees off from each other so wondering if im good or not. I will try to take it to a LFS and have them test it for me (all parameters just in case).

Do you think I could have created a mini cycle in the process and if so how long should ill effects last.

Test results from LFS came back the same. Anyone have any ideas of what else to look for some are thriving while others are browning?
