Hello all, I want to reach out and ask for advice or direction as how to care for coral. I’ve Recently placed my fish in quarantine for ich treatment. Now the tank will be without fish for minimum of 14-30 days. besides monitoring the fish. Do I need to remove and replace substrate and change the care level I give to corals?

If your treating for ich the tank shouldn’t have fish for a minimum of 72 days. How to care for corals keep your parameters stable in the acceptable range under proper lighting.

Since you will be without fish and their nutritious waste products for an extended period, you should feed your corals during this time. How much, and which foods, depends on the type of coral.
