Coral help please

I forgot the name of this coral, but it's been a blooming for 2 years now and now it closed up and has some lil blossoms coming out but it's been 4 days since it hasn't opened up and I'm getting worried it will shrink and die can anyone help me please. All my numbers are good check weekly. Please help me out

Is there algae on it ?

1. Are these zoanthids? Look up a few pictures and see if they match.

2. What do you mean by numbers are good? Please post the parameters.

3. Any new additions to the tank? Fish coral, inverts, etc

Yeah but it blows off when I use turkey base

Not zoanthids
No new additions at all
I would have to find my book with my parameters
