75C or 75F ??? I'm hoping Fahrenheit as that would be 167F if it was Celsius. Do you have a picture of the full setup? That may help us give better guidance for you

29-gallons. How should I raise the salt? Should I add salt into the filter to let it mix? Im using tapwater

Definitely don't add salt directly to the tank. Mix a batch outside the tank. Another problem may be with your water quality. I would recommend filtering water before putting it in your tank. You can get ro water from a store if you don't have access to a filter or find a fish store that you can buy RODI water from.

Your problem is the tap water. Buy some RODI water and mix salt to 1.025-1.026 and do 10g water changes once a day for 3 days. Over time with once weekly water changes your parameters will normalize.

Tap water, bad/unkown lights(?), no flow, questionable water parameters, relatively newer tank (judging by pics), no real understanding or testing of parameters... I am genuinely surprised there are problems here.

Slow down. Let that tank age another 5-6 months.
