How old is tank
Nitrites should be at 0
Different lighting means different looks
Nitrite is that low It shouldn’t be affecting the coral surely? And my tank is 5 month old. I am using AI prime in a 100L tank

Sorry to be blunt but you're moving it around too much. It can take weeks to months for a coral to acclimate to new conditions. Ideally a new coral should get the same PAR and spectrum it was grew under. Since it's been moved around if it was me I'd leave it on the sand at the bottom.

Nitrite should be at 0, are you using API test kits?
As mentioned above, corals take a little time to settle in.
