Coral help?

I bought this coral frag about a year ago not sure what it is but it was real small when I got it didn't even think it would make it. It started to grow great and always be open and about doubled in size. It has looked like this the past week or so no where near as big as it normally was but everything else in the tank is fine?? Any ideas what could be wrong with it?

Looks like discosoma mushroom but hard to confirm from the angle. If so , moderate light and water flow.

I don't think it's mushroom sorry bought the pic ill get a better one. Usually those red bubbles are really big and none of that gray stuff in the middle.
