Coral Hitchhiker how do i frag it

Just got some live rock in last night and found a coral that made it, im just an out to start doing water chages but I wanna take this guy out to save it. Tanks sitting at 8ppm ammonia atm so I wanna get it out asap

i didnt know, i tried to pop it off by the bone and it broke in half
