It almost looks like a small brown zoa or paly just below where the color stops between the two heads.

OK, yes I see something circular there but hard to tell from the pic. Can you zoom in at all?

Much better photo. Interesting. Looks like it could be a zoa/paly, nem or coral. Looks like flat disk with tentacles around it but don’t see stalk which would be more zoa like. Others may have a better idea.

it look like ball anemone usually harmless

Possibly a small Aiptasia - keep a watchful eye.
