do you know what would cause the polyps to swell like that?Looks a green/blue Sympodium with swollen polyps to me.
Hard to see in the pictures, but I can sort of see the little fringes on the ends of with polyp.
Just my guess, could be wrong, since the OP mentioned the corals are branching (Sympodium are encrusting mats, last I checked).

Yes I have a huge aiptasia problem in this tank, I set up a reefer 170 now though. I’m going to try to save the coral when I switch things over but I might not be able to because I really don’t want aiptasia.Hard to say for certain, could be various factors (ie: change in water chemistry going from one tank to another, lighting, feeding response, stress, etc...)
I think I see some small aiptasia growing around the base of the polyps, maybe they're stinging the coral and the stress is causing them to swell?
