I've got this coral, and I'm hoping to find out what it is. I dont even know the general area. So if any could ID it, thatd be great. Also, it is not attached to anything. How do I add it to my tank? Do I just drop it in? Do I glue it to something? Thanks

It is a mushroom. Best to place it in a container with rubble rock in the bottom so it will attach to the rocks.

It's a rhodactis sp. mushroom. A bit unhappy showing mesenterial filaments. A rubble box with low flow and it will attach on it's own. We've tried gluing but it's almost impossible to get them to stay.

I was wondering what the white stuff was. Almost looked like a hammer
