I honestly don't know anymore lol. the part of the skeleton with the open holes is dead right? mine looks real similar to the half open polyps in the 1st pic of post #21 does the tissue cover the pipe?

The opens holes are dead, yes. Mine doesn’t cover the pipe, it’s more like a balloon on the end of the pipe that it mostly retracts into at night.

Yours is ballooning as a pipe would but if you cant feel the skeleton it has to be purple star polyps.
