Coral ID Help!

I got a free coral frag from my LFS and I got no idea what it is. I'd like to ID it so I can properly place it in my tank! Don't mind the blue light photo. It really is bright neon green like this.

As of right now I'd guess, Kelly Green Psammocora, but I'm a total coral noob.
