yea, low par around 100, these corals need less food then you think. Once a week to once every 3 weeks feed it either mysis shrimp or mixed frozen foods, lps ime tend to reject smaller foods like reef roids

Looks like either a favia or lord coral. Either way, care is mostly the same. Low-medium light, low-medium flow. For feeding, you can use just about anything. If and when you see the feeding tentacles out, give it a little spot of food. Tend to prefer larger food sizes.

Top is bowerbanki coral and bottom is Hollywood stunner. Please be sure BEFORE purchase to investigate a coral before you bring it home as there are many coral challenging to the most experienced hobbyists out there.
On the stunner, The Hollywood Stunner AKA Echinopora lamellosa is a moderately fast growing chalice with a purple base and bright neon green eyes. Very bright and fast growing. If your looking for a first chalice the Stunner is a good choice because it does not require high lighting and prefers to be kept in just a moderate water flow and no special feeding requirements and its zooxanthellae provides the needed resources from light.
On the bower, these members of the Acans do not have any special care requirements however they have a strong sting so it is advisable to give them plenty of space in your aquascape from other corals including other acans. They should be fed for long-term health. A variety of frozen fish foods make outstanding meals for Acan members. Feed a mixture of meaty foods such as shrimp, fish, and squid with vitamin additives and highly unsaturated fatty acids . Acans almost always have their feeding tentacles out (even during the daytime), which we view is a sign of good health.

It shud be in low flow and low light to acclimate, if you have any overhangs in the tank i would just put it beneath that

Yep that will definitely work, just watch for sweeper tentacles from the chalice, flow requirements on both are the same
