I was at my LFS, and they have what appears to be a small acantho, but it is two totally different colored halves, and not swirled, it almost looks like it was cut and spliced. Originally I thought it was an acantho with a mushroom living on top of it. I'm terrible with lps so this could be super common or not an acantho, but I've never seen anything like it before. Any ideas?

It's definitely a lobophylliid (in the family Lobophylliidae; Acanthophyllia is in this family), either Lobophyllia or Acanthophyllia. Would need a closer, clearer image to tell.
