That is a very blurry Pic but I'll guess a birds nest type coral.

Agree. Pic is extremely blury but looks like a blue/purple birdsnest from what I can make out as well.

branch tips too blunt to be Seriatopora and corallites not arranged in rows; definitely a Pocilloporid of some sort though
