Blastomussa I think, probably B. merletti.

We'll see what the experts say.....
 
After googling that I believe you are correct or Blastomussa wellsi (looks like it to my mark 1 eyeball anyhow). It ate a whole mysis shrimp last night which was really cool...
 
I think merletti's are more common, but even after searching I'm not sure what the differences are beyond skeletal structure. My merletti went from a single head to ten in just over a year, and my wellsi seems to be on the same pace. Both are similar in size, but if at all my merletti heads are bigger than my wellsi. Mine are aggressive eaters, but not fast eaters. I have to turn off flow and let the food remain on the polyps for a bit before they consume it.
