Coral ID?

I was looking through some classifieds for corals, and found this. Still haven't gotten a response, so do any of you know what this coral is?

Even a coral?
And just out of curiosity the seller also listed having a "red fish" and "red crab." Clownfish and hermit crab?

I searched it up and could find nothing on care for it. Is it legal? The other corals look nice, so I'm looking to buy them all together.

Could it possibly be a gorgonian? I know the majority here have come to a consensus, but what if? Is there a giveaway for it being a fire coral??
