Saying that, in the right tank with some TLC it could have potential. Its hard to pull them back round though. I like Yuma but I can only seem to keep the green ones. I paid £100 for a pink rainbow but it only lasted 6 months.
Don't see yuma's much anymore. Wonder if being hard to keep is the reason? 15 years ago I used to see some pretty wild looking ones. Now I rarely see any for sale.
Could just be your area. There are a lot of hobbyists around me that have plenty of them and as a result the local stores usual have a fair amount of them as well. From what I can tell the biggest issue with the wild imported ones is that they often times come in looking awful and don't sell as a result and melt in the store so a lot of retailers will stop "throwing" money away on them. I'm sure if you ask though they'll tell you that they can get them.
Thats the one I had, it was in A1 condition when I bought it. When it melted I asked a lot of shroom collectors why it could of happened. Mixed answers.... bright Yuma are hard to keep, I had Florida's and they can carry a bacteria lethal to Yuma, most said just dont bother with them.
