Long time lurker, getting back into the hobby.


Picked up this little frag at my LFS and nobody knew what it was... can anyone ID this?

I initially though SPS, but when I look closer... it looks more like tentacles than polyps.

Thank you! Someday I hope to have a tank worthy of posting... trying the nano route at with a 10 gallon long display/custom plumbed eshopps cube sump (~15-20 ish gallons total).

I appreciate the ID!

Looks like I now have a couple different chalices I’ll have to experiment with moving around to find the ideal light/flow conditions.
