They told me the names of these at the store, and I can’t remember what they called it for the life of me. [emoji51] anyone able to help? I know the one in the front is a frogspawn. It’s the ones on the rock behind that, that I am asking about. Thank you in advanced!

So I googled them. I am a little confused by what I am reading. Are palys a type of Zoa? Or are they totally different things?

Zoanthids and palythoa are closely related. What we hobbyist refer to as a zoa or paly is not scientific. Most people call small ones zoas and big ones palys but that is not accurate scientifically.

Oh. I def have two head that look like that. I think I have a total of 3 different shades. I can't wait to see them growing!
