I have no clue what coral this is. It came to me pretty brown (sent the 18yo son to the lfs with the CC for some food and it was “cheap”,) A little over a month later lots of neon green tentacles have over taken the brown almost barnacle like skeleton. Some of the tentacles extend out a couple inches to feed/claim space at times. As a bonus it’s growing too.

Let me know your thoughts

It looks kind of like a Galaxea coral IMO. Is it one big polyp or a bunch of individual polyps?

Many polyps. in total it is about 1/2 dollar size and maybe 10-12 polyps. The green tentacles come out around them.
I did a quick google search and this does look like a Galaxea. Thank you!

Can be Euphyllia, birdnest or galaxia
 
Looks like one of the Torches i have in my tank, hard to see though.
