I've got a octocoral of some sorts , I can't find any close match. My camera won't allow me to have a better quality but the color of the coral is light green with brownish polyps. It has grown to double the size in 2 weeks since I started spotfeeding it with roids. Just ignore the cyano and other algae on the video.

Looks like a Duncan possible but very tough to see. Looks like it may need a touch more flow If possible too.

Can u try a better pic? Clean the glass in front of it, press your phone camera against the glass, and focus on the coral by touching it on ur screen. And post it up.

Update

This is how it looks now, can anyone confirm my guess that it's a cabbage leather ?
