I see some wider tentacles, I would say it's F. paraancora, hammer.
Hammers only have single heads, i see multiple heads in the pic and are round not hammer shaped.
Do you mean tentacles, or polyps? I see many of both "hammer" and split tentacles.
Not as below in your image. With the Genus and species revisions we could likely go all day saying which one it is. See F. paraancora below with branched tentacles.

Any way. Characteristics of both have been seen in both species. Environmental factors can also cause a morphological change.
