Coral id

This coral is nps out of the waters of South Carolina. Does anyone know what kind it is? I’m thinking some kind of gorgonian.

Looks like a gorg to me. Sea plume possibly? Hard to say with only a close-up.

Yeah I don’t have any good pics. This was from a few years ago and I’m going to try and find some that washed up on the beach.
