Aiptasia. Common pest anemone. There are plenty of threads and resources on how to combat them.

Aptasia, not something you really want in your tank. Eyesore, and can sting corals and fish if they get big. Very common so you should be able to find a solution. Aptaisa-X should do the trick.

Not a Favia, Manicina areolata also known as rose coral. Hardy and noninvasive, come in on Atlantic live rock on occasion.

Easy removal:
Using a syringe... fill with lemon juice or better yet Kalkwasser powder and mix with tank water into a thin paste and inject into the center core of aptasia and watch it melt away

You need 1 aiptasia eating filefish.
