So I was gifted to corals by a gentleman getting out of the hobby. I acclimated them and placed them in the tank together not realizing how big they actually were.

the polyps look similar in shape, size, and texture.

my question is. Can anyone name them for my own reference. And also will the sting eachother if polyps touch.?

You’ve got a frog spawn on the left and a hammer on the right. They are both species of euphylia, hence the similar appearance. They shouldn’t sting each other but the Will sting anything else they come in contact with :)

Agreed with above. The lime green one may be a “frammer” which is a frogspawn/hammer hybrid. In any case, they can probably touch but will sting the crap outta anything else. If you see one is retracted, separate them because they’re fighting
