Hello guys I just bought a coral from my lfs just wondering if anyone can help me I’d it since the people at my lfs have been wrong id’ ing previous coral I’ve bought.

I've never seen a cyphastrea like that... It looks more like a Monti on the surface, but the sides are weird. More like an astreopora
 
ok guys so I got another one can anyone I’d these two next to the trumpet coral

I'd be concerned you buying corals without any knowledge of what they are and how to care for them.

Recipe for dead corals....

Agreed. You think you can tell me what it is ?
It looks like either a long polyp Galaxea or maybe a Goniopora. Why are they all glued together? If that’s a galaxea (and I’m about 80% sure), it’s going to annihilate the candycane and whatever the other coral is (still can’t tell, looks like maybe a glued mushroom or Ricordea, or a light starved toadstool, it’s not very clear what it is). I would separate them, even if they don’t try to kill each other at this distance, there’s no room for them to grow without having to fight each other.

Thanks so much I’ll take another pic I actually got it free but I only recognized the candy cane it’s got like four things on it there’s a baby mushroom too but I can’t tell what that one one is but it looks really nice
 
It is a montipora (most likely monti capricornis) and a galaxea
