Coral id

Branching euphylliids have a phaceloid colony structure (like caulastrea or astraeosmilia), while wall euphylliids have a flabello-meandroid colony structure (like trachyphyllia or catalaphyllia). All euphyllias (torches) grow in a branching form, while fimbriaphyllias (hammers and frogspawn) can grow in either a wall or branching form depending on the species.
To add, here's an interesting site that explains coral skeleton classification in more detail...

Thank you all for all the help and names i also have another thread about zoa id if you wouldn’t mind seeing what kind they are and I believe these are frostbite clowns if any of you could look.
Thanks.

I’m pretty terrible with zoas and clown IDs to be honest - what’s most important is that you like them.
Ditto. Too many names for the same zoas, and designer clowns just look like clowns to me
