Can anyone help ID this coral? Is this Daisy Polyp coral? Does it spread like Xenia? Will it grow on glass?
My plan is to isolate this in the corner of the tank away from the main rock. I’m concerned that it will spread like Xenia and take over the tank.

Looks like some clove polyps. I have some in my tank as well!

How far should it be from the main rock? It’s now about 5 inches away, is it far enough?

Should be fine, it grows fast. I have two color variations and they grew onto the frag rack in no time.
