That looks like aptasia.. if so, start looking at ways of ridding yourself of them.. they can become quite invasive.
Copperband butterflies,. Berghia nudibranch, are some of the more common ways of dealing with aptasia naturally. Aptasia-x is somewhat effective as well as half dozen home made recipes
 
Aptasia yes and use syringe with either lemon juice or Kalk mixed water into a paste and inject into core of the aptasia and watch them melt!
 
Can put some super glue on it, cover the hole it is living in. Hate aptasia
