I guess this is kind of a chemistry related question :). In another thread you wrote of the possibility of a virus or pathogenic bacteria attacking corals. Do you have any recommendation for either prophylactic treatment during quarantine or treatment of an active infection?
 
Many people treat corals with various antimicrobials (Lugols, etc.) but I'm not sure how effective they are or what the best choices are. In many cases these folks may be intending to treat for larger pests, but may still kill some bacteria.
