Coral Issue

Hello,
I got this coral few days ago and the polyps were open nicely then two days ago they have closed unexpectedly when a bit of the end was snapped off by accident.
Does anyone know what could be affecting this? I have tried moving it lower from the light to see if this will affect it or help.
Also using prime daily and has to use amguard before but not anymore as ammonia is low now.
Any advice please ?

If you’re talking about ammonia your tank is way too immature for SPS.

Pretty much dead. You should read the basic information on starting g a saltwater tank

You're adding Prime daily? Sounds like you're starting a new tank. You should probably slow down and read some of the pinned comments above. As for the coral, it's most likely a goner.
