if you want more options, the tank size would be good to know as well as what corals you would be trying to grow.

nicrew seems like another inexpensive option for budget led lighting, one step up I would say are orphek or3 led bars, then the more expensive puck leds.

Lighting is usually the largest purchase besides the tank. However it's a very important one. Take your time and get the best you can. Once you have one in mind check Google for par ratings on it. Depending on light output will dictate the coral you can keep.
 
Popbloom can grow any coral including sps, also can do sun rise, sun set and it has a 24 hr timer. You won’t find it for $42.99 like what @HomebroodExotics linked. It’s around $60-$70 for a nano tank. But if your not going to do any sps and stick with LPS and some softy’s, you don’t need a powerful light like popbloom

viparspectras can also work, the choice is really gonna depend on budget, aesthetics, tank size, etc

Aqua Knight is a bit more pricy but a good amazon light that I've even used to grow very basic SPS.

There are lights for every budget BUT make sure you can get the best you CANNOT afford. Yes, cannot as many coral depend on light to form zooxanthellae which is their food source and building blocks for color. Anything submersible will not work. As simple as an Orphek strip super blue OR3 or a reefbrite will enhance the spectrum needs for coral as would be a used Prime or Hydra 26 often found in the R2R marketplace shipped at a decent price.
Black boxes were mentioned and would also suffice but to a degree.
Last choice would be lights such as Noopsyche or Kessil

Assure you get a light that offers the best spectrums and controllability to adjust colors and PARs and one that will cover your tank depth and dimensions. If your budget is tight, but you’d still want to benefit from explosive coral growth then you can safely go for a cheaper LED fixture But . . . . Buying a highly-priced LED fixture means that you’re investing in better aesthetics, customization, controllability, and convenience. However, coral health and growth are not things you’ll be compromising with when buying one of the cheaper reef lights.
