Coral Lighting

So we have a tank set up and need a new light we need a 48" light we have a 120 gallon tank. My husband wants corals so just wanted to see any comments on lights we keep researching them but we have a canopy so it has been hard trying to figure out which one to get thank you for any and all help.

I've used ocean revives with great success. You should look into getting a few T-247's. I bet they would easily mount in your canopy.

thank you I will check them out, right now we have t5 bulbs in the one that we have.

looking at that one it doesn't look long enough for our tank.

My buddy is in the process of building a stand and canopy for his tank. He recently finished mounting two T-247's in his canopy. Here's a picture to give you a rough idea. Hope that helps.

Also, check out @sawdonkey's lighting in this thread. He turned 4 of them sideways and mounted in the canopy. I love this setup and is nearly exactly what I'm doing right now.
