Coral lighting

Anyone know a good daily lighting program for Loop Current? I'm looking for optimal coral growth. I'm just looking for number of hours on per day and I'm wondering if 100% blue only is ok.

This is what they recommend. I believe I used to run mine very close to those settings. I guess they are trying to mimic actual near surface lighting when the sun hits the atmosphere at different angles through the day. Underwater there would likely be very little of the longer wavelengths after three meters, so it's more for us really. Technically speaking, 100% blue with a touch of white mid-day is fine, but won't have that "pop" some people like.
