Coral looks not happy plz help

Hi all,
im running my tank for almost 1 year now, all my coral were good and healthy looking so far. However I noticed that they r not really look happy since 3 weeks ago til now. Here is my water numbers which I test them every other days in a week now
Salinity 0.25 , Calcium 490 , Alk 10 , Nh3 0.10 , no3 0 , PH 8.3. I will try to test phosphat soon. I see that some red cyano start to grow in my tank . I change water 10% weekly. Is that the problem ? You can see how they look in the photo ( sorry if the picture is not clear ) whats black circle around my candy cane ? Used to be really big candy cane. any help plz...

Is your Ammonia really 0.1? I would measure again. Make sure you aren't having another cycle?

Is new landscape effect to coral ? Now I start to think about my new scape. Anyway I will keep an eye on everything and updated later. Thanks for all advices reefers. Be safe all
