Welcome! Now that the formalities are out of the way, some questions?

How old is the tank?
What lighting do you have?
What's the water chemistry? Nitrates, ammonia, alk, calc and mag.
What's the water flow? i.e. powerheads.

All pet all in one tank, 80L, amonia and nitrate was high two days ago so treated with chems. Super bright led strip 14 LEDs, blue standard LEDs 24 leds, water flow good uses trickle filter inbuilt. Clean filter and replaced filter wool today it was clogged. I don't have all or calc or mg tests. Tank been running since March.

Please invest in an Alk, Cal, Mag tests. There's too many variables that play into what may have happened.
Could be as simple as an Alkalinity swing, low cal/mag, salinity, or temp.
