Hello everyone. I have started to purchase some corals and they come on flat circle rocks. How do I go about transplanting them to plugs or even my rock in my tank. Thanks!

Depends.
Soft corals I do not detach because some are impossible to reglue and grow over the plug fast.
SPS I use large wire cutters, snip and glue with crazy glue gel.

They didn't come on plugs? They just came on discs? If you can send a picture, I can try to give some specific advice. Generally, if I receive a frag that's just on a flat mount, I will just superglue it like Uncle99 assuming the target spot is an easy one. If the target spot is tricky (eg very uneven or a slanted or vertical mount), I'll use some aquastik putty as well (frag-superglue-putty-superglue-target spot).

Those are some nice pieces. Here are my suggestions:
1) Don't remove anything from any of the discs/plugs
2) Just superglue the flat discs onto target spots unless they're tricky spots (see my previous reply)
3) Assuming photo 3 is Xenia and photo 4 is GSP, I'd strongly suggest mounting those on "island" rocks. Those two corals grow super fast and can quickly take over any rock work they come in contact with. Using isolated island rocks will keep them mostly isolated (although Xenia in particular can break off and sneakily create colonies elsewhere). Frankly, I'd just toss the Xenia frag in the trash---but that's just me because I hate Xenia and it totally overran one of my tanks.
4) The trumpet is on a plug. If that's the spot where you want to place it, snip the plug stem off as close as you can to the disc using a pair of heavy wire cutters, tin snip, etc. If the disc will fit nicely in that spot, just superglue. Otherwise, order some aquastik and use the method I described above.
Hopefully this is helpful advice. Good luck!

just using super glue may take you a bit to get used to b/c they don't immediately stick and the "bubble" it forms can make a big mess if you are not used to it. The more "beginner friendly" method is a hybrid using the epoxy stick/super glue combo. The aquarium epoxy is just those purple play-dough sticks that's sold everywhere.

what you do is, you take a small piece of epoxy out, knead it based on the instructions until its sticky, put some crazy glue to one end of the epoxy ball, take the coral frag with the plate out of the tank, and attach its bottom to the end of the epoxy ball you just applied the crazy glue to. It should attach very quick and easy. Then put some more crazy glue to the other end of the epoxy ball, and press your frag with the epoxy/crazy glue mix to the rockwork location of your choosing. Hold it for a few second then leave it alone and it will cure overnight and will be super secure.
