Cool almost looks like a sugar skull. I've saw them on eBay. I want to get a couple.

My LFS had the same thing one time and it was completely covered in Radioactive Dragon Eye Zoanthids. It was awesome! They even took the time to remove the polyps where the eyes & the nose would be.

Look on eBay under skull frag plug holder they have 3 sizes of skulls with hole in top of skull for frag plug to go. Seller is ecoreefsand has couple types of skulls.
