Coral or fish

What is the better way to start reef aquarium?
I mean which is first coral or fish!

If you went through a cycle I'd prob go with a hardy fish just in case you get an ammonia spike, fish will live through it but corals may not, maybe a richordia or some zoas if you really want corals first.
Personally get a couple of snails, hermits and shrimp to start and see how your water parameters are with just them and to see if they live!
