Coral or Majano?

1 month old cycled 75. I used 80# of dead rock I had from an old system and bought 1 piece of live rock to seed. This dude popped up about a week into the cycle. It luminesces nicely but I can't decide if it's an anemone I need to quash or a coral.

I had a manjano once but didn’t look like this really. Has it moved on it’s own? Mine scooted around the tank before he scooted onto a snail shell I covered it with and promptly scooted him to the back yard.

Thanks for the replies! My first thought was a paly. It hasn't moved and behaves more like a coral, especially when a critter crawls over it. There are 2 others on the rock and none of them have moved either.
