Hey guys I’ve got this one coral that is starting to take over my tank it’s huge now but it’s like a centerpiece of the tank and i don’t want to take it down can someone give me some suggestions on what to do

You could get some scissors and cut away what you don't want. Any left over tissue will grow back over time though, so if you want it gone for good you'll have to smother the remains with some epoxy. Make sure to remove all the trimmings too. This stuff is relentless and can easily take over a tank if you let it. GL.

I'm not an expert here, but you should just be able to trim it back. It'll eventually grow right back, but it'll just be something you have to regularly maintain.
