So I just got this firework clove polyp and dont know where I should put it. Is here good? Or does it need more light. On the rock is a little too much flow thats why, what do you think? Thanks.

Medium lighting and decent flow you should be safe putting them in a similar position as your yellow polyps

What's your lighting? Is it only white or did you do that just for the picture?

These coral can deal with basic lighting . best is lower third of tank with moderate light and water flow,
