Like it says in the title, noticed my newer torch has a huge brown poop coming out of it. It closed up after a bit, but the string has been stuck on. I was worried it was BJD but it is coming right out of the mouth. My guess it's from the pods/phyto/frozen food/light adjustment.

Could I gently pull it off or should I wait? My smaller torch also had a poop today but it popped right off.

Just let it be... Would you want someone to do the same? (JK!) The flow will wash it away.
That's not BJD. It's normal for the tentacles to retract when it's "pooping".
It will do this frequently... mine do so usually on a daily basis. Nothing to worry about.

Right when I read your post I came back upstairs and the poop had broken free and clung to the glass. Removed it from the glass with a turkey baster and disposed.

I am curious though, I had read that this is also them probably expelling zooxanthellae since there is a light change from the LFS tank (been with me for 2 weeks now). I know this happened with my other torch which is way low in the tank and has been in the tank for two months now and is in no way bleaching, When should it become an 'issue'? When I notice the torch actually turning white?

I had to laugh at this!

They will do so regularly, even when fully established. Not sure why or what the scientific reason is, but they will continually do so. And the larger the coral, the larger the "poop". When my cynarina do so, it's a feeding frenzy for my tangs.
IME, torches don't bleach; they just wither and die. If your parameters are solid and stable, flow is good and lighting is good, I wouldn't worry.
From my learnings, euphyllia prefer stable parameters and nutrient rich water. Flow should be moderate and lighting in the 100-150 par (or so) range.
If you see tissue recession or if the tentacles remain retracted, I would look for a cause.

Thanks for the info! They have been looking great and getting more stretched out/fat as the days go on so I have no worries. Everybody poops, and these two heads are huge so that's gonna be some big poops in the future!
