Anyone read Wired magazine?

I copied the below topic out of the magazine if anyone is interested. Short article, but very interesting. Thought some here might appreciate it.

Corals Ark

Reefs dying? Better put some samples on ice in case we need to repopulate the seas

The world's coral reefs support a quarter of all marine life. Also, they're screwed. Climate change, overfishing, and pollution may cause them to vanish completely within 50 years. So the Haereticus Enviromental Lab and Zoological Society of London plan to put some backup copies into cryogenic suspension, where they can survive for hundreds of years. Researchers will chisel small hunks out of reefs, soak them in a nutrient bath, then drop the sea polyps in vats of liquid nitrogen vapor. The goal is to have all species in the Caribbean chillaxing at -319 degrees Fahrenheit by 2016. You're welcome, future generations. Oh, and sorry for destroying the oceans.

if it will actually work then i think it is a great idea.

and us working class americans have little to do with putting this world in the crapper. its the...............well everyone already knows who...........and this is where i bite my tongue

This is really interesting. I wonder if they really can survive the acclimation process of coming out of cryogenic suspension.

Only 48 views and 2 replies........... pretty sad.

This is great news everyone.

Maybe I should have made my topic "Super RARE Tyree/Fox LE Fruity Explosion Freezing".......... think it would've got more than 48 views? lol
