Coral pricing

Is it just me or does it seem that some of the coral vendors have increased their pricing on a lot of different corals. I swear one company has the same colored favia with two different names and both over $100. That’s just crazy, I’m all about supporting businesses but its ridiculous if they really are doing that.

I was a doubting Thomas also till Thus.... I got about $750 worth (32 pc) of corals from a R2R sponsor, and I'm pleeeezed ...

I voted maybe. It wouldn't surprise me at all, but I haven't looked. With our take-home pay cut in half a few weeks ago I'm not really in a good place to spring a bunch of frags on the wife

Second AquaSD. Keep an eye on their website - they generally add like 500 corals over the weekends and their prices are, IMO, some of the best out there. You could als do the ebay auctions... ASD's end on Thursday I believe and WWC's end on Monday. I've got things for as low as 8 bucks. Nice things.

Yep ASD seems to be the best vendor lately to buy from. They stepped up their game for sure.

I've actually gotten some really good deals over the past two weeks... some really beautiful colonies and frags...

I'd say the price is a little lower right now, they gotta move stuff as fast as possible to stay afloat when there's no foot traffic.

Volume is way down, so price increases are increased to try and stay afloat.
Once this stuff is done, prices will slowly return.

I don’t want to call out any vendor specifically but I have seen some prices go up on fish and coral, the sad thing is people will buy anyways. I agree aqua SD has the best prices out there, I have about 75% of my tank has corals from asd the other 25% is from wwc
