CORAL PRO SALT CLOUDY NEED ADVICE

Good evening I have been using coral pro salt for over a year. This morning i ran out of salt so I opened a new bucket i continued to add a few more cups to my 34 gallon brute. I have a pump and a heater set at 77 degrees. After a hour of mixing came to take a reading for salinity and my water was cloudy. Any advice? Do i just have a bad batch? I don't want to use the water on my tank as I have thousand of dollars worth of fish and corals. The water looks almost like milk with small floating debris not sure what it is. Please help

It is possible the new batch had settled, and you added, for example, more alkalinity than expected.

I'd let it settle, and measure the alk and calcium of the clear water. If the values seem OK, I'd use it.

So do I throw it away? And make anew batch? It's 30'gallons of waisted salt

Like randy said, I would test it and go from there. If any levels are really low you can make up for it by adding 2 part.

If it is just precipitation from their normal starting point, then if the alk is OK for you after settling, it is fine.
