Is a 10 gallon tank too small for quarantining SPS and LPS coral? My intention is to have the tank running all the time so there will be periods with no corals. I will have live rock piled in one corner and egg crates on the other side. Tank will have a heater, good light and flow along with a small HOB carbon filter. Also a thin layer of sand, and regular water changes to keep water parameters in line.

I plan on a handful of CUC and light feeding.

Any advice?

Following. Planning the same thing but with a 20L.

I've been keeping a 10g coral and invert QT for the past 15 months and only issue I've had is having to dose no3 and po4 to keep levels above zero. I would add to your list an ato and a heater controller.
