Will my zoa still grow if it sitting in the sand bed without that plug they sell them in ?? Just curious

Hahahaha! Yes it will. I have a fire and ice polyp on my sandbed I dropped and just left there. Sometimes he takes flight with the current and it's real funny to watch but he's doing great! I finally got him stationary and he has sprouted another polyp.

Oh ok that's good because I don't have glue yet and I put him on the works and I wake up and it's on the sand bed and this happens every night lol I'm just over it now lol

I have some purple zoas that got buried in the sand and they are doing fine as well. The polyps have stretched up to the top of the sand bed and have even grown another from under the sand. Zoas are hit and miss, some will melt just from being looked at and others will survive the weirdest things.
